Step Number 1:  Firstly you must prepare your offer, this offer must offer your prospective subscriber value and also have good content.  Your offer could either be a Free Report, an audio interview that you have recorded or even a short video that you have produced.

Step Number 2:  You will need to create a squeeze page, by this I mean a page that your prospective subcriber lands on. Your squeeze page does not have to be flashy. You need to get right to the point of what you are offering before those eyeballs click away from your page. Make sure your page contains that main benifits of your free offer that your prospect will gain if he or she signs up with you.

Step Number 3:  If you are going to be submitting articles, you will need a good resourse box.  Treat this area of your article like your headlilne and try to pack it with as many benifits as possible but make sure it is still readable for your viewer. Also include a link to your free report in the box.

Step Number 4:  Keyword research.  Your article needs to contain keywords that you thing your target subscriber is searching for.  If you get this right your article will show up in the search results.

Step Number 5 After you have done your keyword research then you must write some articles to publish.  Make sure that you include your keywords in your articles but do not over do it. what I would call a light sprinkling throughout your article is fine.

Step Number 6:  Disrtribute your article to various directories over the internet.

Step Number 7:  Continually monitor your results and if you need to, refine your squeeze page until you get a better sign up rate and write more articles and submit them to the same directories as you did before.

In a short apace of time people will start to see your articles in their search results and you will start to get traffic visiting your squeeze page and this traffic will be targeted to your free offer because of the keyword research you carried out.
